why there is no proper water sanitization in water

 two questions here.

  1. Why do Indians not ask questions regarding problems like clean water, sanitation, etc.?
  2. Why do all their doctors work here in Australia when they are needed so desperately in their country?

Now to answer your 1st question-

Lack of awareness and sense of urgency along with perceived helplessness are a few reasons that I suppose to make these questions irrelevant.

Indian media is working like drugs. Fuelling nonsense after nonsense to its consumers. Our minds are so preoccupied with Hindu-Muslim debates and political polarisation that we tend to think of sanitation and cleanliness and other important issues as boring routine problems. In fact, in a country where archaic police laws are still in force and insurgents are swarming it would not be too hard to ignore the former issues. For housing and education, we are still largely dependent upon the private sector and for those who can afford it, it is not a problem at all. We live in a society of castes and religions. Where leaders don't have to prove their developmental agenda to win elections. All they need is a good PR team.

Even those who ask these questions and try to solve these problems are considered fringe elements. NGO workers are largely viewed either with suspicion or with pity.

Now to answer your second question, India is an overpopulated and hence competitive economy. Unemployment is phenomenal and increasing. The government is only doing lip service to the cause. We all have to fend for ourselves. So we do whatever the best we can do. We grab the opportunity and make a run for it.
